If you subscribed directly through OpenAI, cancel from their website.

Sign In to ChatGPT

Go to chatgpt.com and sign in with your account credentials.

Open Billing Settings

Click your profile picture in the bottom-left corner, then select My Plan and click Manage my subscription.

Cancel Plan

On the Stripe checkout page, click Cancel Plan and confirm.

After your subscription expires, your account reverts to the free tier. You will lose access to GPT-4 limits and custom plugins.

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, cancel through Apple's settings.

Tap Settings on your iPhone, then tap your name at the top to open your Apple ID.
